Ramp activity at SFO

Cabin ambience
Modern cabin interior with the latest Air Canada cabin interior. 31 inch pitch and 3-4-3 economy. Seats did not feel as comfortable as United Airlines.
Lavatory
Basic and clean.
Buy on Board Lunch/Dinner Set (approx 13CAD). Comes with a main course and any snack option on the menu (Valued between $3-4) . The main course seems to be usually from the business class menu and the portion is more generous than Air Canada's complementary economy class meals on its long haul flights. This particular dish was described as "Chicken and Rice" and it was not good. It seems to be that catering out of SFO/LAX on Air Canada flights tend to be not as good as those coming out out of YYZ/YVR. Not sure if it was luck or if outstations have a different standard/budget.
In flight Views
Nothing special or impressive from this flight (aside from a 77W for a transcon flight). The boarding process at SFO was chaotic with AC ground agents contradicting each other on the boarding zone. Having boarded numerous wide-body flights (77W, 744, and 789) at SFO with different airlines, this was by far the most chaotic boarding process in the G Gate Concourse.
The flight was also delayed by an hour, but this was never acknowledged by the Air Canada staff at all and no apologies were given for the delayed flight.
