Hello everyone and welcome to another flight report. This time flying onboard a Thai Smile Airbus A320 on a flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap. Firstly if you are interested in a video version of this trip it is available on my YouTube channel, link is attached above. This flight report will start directly from inside the aircraft that is a 2014 built Airbus A320 with the registration of HS-TXP. Reason being this was actually a continuation of my earlier flight from Karachi and because i had a very tight connection other then running to my gate couldnt really take any pictures so apologise for that.
Onboard the Airbus A320 with a really nice view for the short flight. My seat no was 52A and no the A320 doesnt have 52 rows, its just a weird way how some Asian Airlines number there rows.

The seat didnt have an IFE system but for a 40 minute flight isnt really an issue. The seat was quiet comfortable for this flight and the legroom was also very decent.

The seat pocket contents consisted of the Airbus A320 safety card and the " Sawasdee" inflight magazine.

We pushed back from our gate 10 minutes behind scheduled time . Got a good view of a Thai Airbus A350-900 at one of the remote stands.

A quick taxi to Runway 19L and we are on our way to Cambodia.

A left turn and we are on route to Siem Reap.

For those of you interested the take off from Bangkok is attached below.
Very soon we reached our cruising altitude of 29000 feet. We didn't climb any higher considering how short the flight was . Thai Smile really have a nice colourful livery, really am a fan of it.

The cabin on this aircraft was like any other a320 although if you ask me i really like the a320 cabin compared to the Boeing 737 cabin , i don't know why it just has a different feel to it.

Now considering this flight was only like 40 minutes long was expecting a small drinks service, but i guess Thai smile had something else on there minds. The cabin crew distributed this wrap and a nice looking basket instead of just a boring old drink. The contents of it included some fresh seasonal fruit,a cup of water and a cup of mixed fruit juice. I don't know anywhere in the world you would get this much food on such a short flight other than Thai Smile so kudos to them for their service.

Very soon it was time to commence our descent into Siem Reap international airport .

For those interested the whole landing in Siem Reap is attached below.
The approach into Siem Reap was really stunning with some lush greenery and the small houses visible below .

On finals for Runway 05 and touchdown in Siem Reap on time. Good job by the pilots , one of the most smoothest touchdowns i have experienced onboard the Airbus A320.

A quick taxi and we made it to our gate. Also saw this Small Planet A320 which i thought was weird considering its a European Airline. The airport has some really nice architecture but is quite small .

Farewell HS-TXPand thanks for a really good flight .

ThaiSmile's operations are fascinating: several short flights over the day, more often than not on time, and the service onboard is amazing, with the food and speed with which they get done. I won't be surprised if WE is TG's sole profit making entity. Very nice report, and thank you so much for sharing this! :)
Yup they are truly one of the best airlines I have flern with ✈️?
