Review of Alitalia flight from Paris to Rome in Economy

Happy new year to all !

Being in X-mas Hollidays since Friday December 20th and needing to go to Cannes on Wednesday December 25th and wishing to go in Israel during this period, I created an alarm on Kayak 3 weeks before.
I found nothing interesting before Wednesday December 18th where Kayak made me an offer with Alitalia at 500€ on Expedia, with an extra 50€ offered by Expedia once on their website. 

The routing will be :

With the strike in France, I arrived at CDG Airport by Roissybus after a 2h journey for a cost of 13,50€

I am going to an AF auto-boarding check-in where I can choose my seats on board. AZ app sent me directly on the AF app where I could not choose my seats nor having my boarding passes.

Before passing Air Side, I went to Alitalia stand to order a kosher meal between FCO and TLV. It is impossible to do so on their website and you need to call a customer service which is not free to be able to order.
Unhappily, the agent will tell me that it is impossible to order a special me. It surprised me because the flight duration is over 3h.

I would pass the security checks in less than two minutes.

At the opposite of the feeling I got after reading your FR about AZ, i find the cabin beautiful and chic as the logo AZ on wood underlines

The pitch is ok for such a flight, but the seat is not really confortable

 We pushed back with a 20min delay. This is not a good news as I got only 1h20 of transfer time at FCO
I told it to a steward by wishing he would prevent the AZ team at FCO.
He would answer that even with an hour I would easily get my connexion

I found the salty biscuits very good, I want then to start the sugar one.
But, the gingember biscuits have a strong taste which is quite particular to my mind.

We start our descente where we can't see nothing out until approximately 1500ft

By the way, he would wish me a merry christmas but the crew will let me a special feeling : not bad not good

I arrive at the Alitalia transfer desk where someone is awaiting for me.
He won't come with me but told me my next departure gate.
A passport check more and a 15min walk to join my gate

I run to try to catch my connexion with no really hope
