Review of Alitalia flight from Tel Aviv to Rome in Economy

Hi everyone
Happy new year to all !

Being in X-mas Hollidays since Friday December 20th and needing to go to Cannes on Wednesday December 25th and wishing to go in Israel during this period, I created an alarm on Kayak 3 weeks before.
I found nothing interesting before Wednesday December 18th where Kayak made me an offer with Alitalia at 500€ on Expedia, with an extra 50€ offered by Expedia once on their website.

The routing will be : 

I arrived in TLV from Tel-Aviv in 20min.
I will pass the safety chechks in less than 20 min too (probably thanks to the matinal departure and the day of the flight).
Tha ground staff was very kind, as a manager who would make me us the business line for the safety check as nobody was using it.

So, I spot some of the airlines I almost never met at TLV before.

The boarding via pax-bus is launched with a delay of 20min.

We arrive next to the only airplane which is not in contact.

We passed quickly over the clouds

Than, a small alert in the cockpit.
The captain wil ask the crew to check each phone of the passengers are well on flight mode or turned off and announce a technical issue due to device(s) not in flight mode.

After 1h of flight, the breakfast is served.

Once again everything is very tasty.

But, once again, the meal isn't kosher.
What a pity when we see how many people wanted to order a kosher meal. 

Being still hungry at the end of the service, I would ask for a second meal that would be given to me very quickly by a very nice member of the crew.
The crew was very kind.
I will sleep until we started our approach to Roma.
