I had arrived into Doha from Mumbai on Qatar Airways' 777-300ER in their Qsuite Business and was transferring on to Los Angeles
Doha Airport is large and spacious with plenty of Shops and dining options. The highlight of the terminal is the giant yellow teddy bear.
Mornings at Hamad International Airport are very busy, most US and Europe bound flights depart at this time.
The terminal was packed at this time so I decide to head straight to the lounge, I had a 2 hour+ layover so I had enough time to enjoy some of the amenities in the lounge.
The entrance of the lounge showcases a large waterbody and modern artworks
The lounge is spread across 2 floors with a lot of seating options. The lounge also offers shower rooms, unfortunately they were all booked.
For Dining there are 2 options:
A deli-like area which offers cold food and sandwiches to order
The other option was a buffet which was located on the second floor, it was restaurant-like seating and offered a wide variety of food options.
After enjoying the lounge, I headed to the gate which. There was a separate queue for business class passengers to enter the gate area. All US bound flights require a second security check which unfortunately business class passengers do not have a separate lane for. The security check was a little chaotic because it was for 2 US outbound flights. The boarding area was packed as well.

There are 42 Qsuite Business Class seats on Qatar's 777-200LR which are spread across 2 cabins in a 1-2-1 configuration. I was seated in 3K which is a rear facing window seat. I personally chose this seats because it offers the best view of the wing.
The seat is large and spacious with a lot of legroom. The IFE screen is large offers a large variety of TV shows, movies, games, and music.
Crew came around to introduce themselves and offered a welcome drink and an option between a cold and hot towel. I opted for the signature lemon-mint drink as well as a hot towel.

Qatar Airways offers an amazing Business Class product on their 777-200LR and I would highly recommend it. This route is now operated by the A350-1000 which will make the flight even better.

A very nice report and beautiful video. Q Suites are about as good as it gets in J these days--though the new ANA seats may give Q Suites a run for their money. I personally love sitting backwards on flights for exactly the same reason--the awesome view of the wings! Backwards facing window seats will probably be the only thing I miss about BA's Club World once they are all replaces by the new Club Suites.
Looks like you flew right before all the Covid changes, though I believe QR have kept their service levels up post-Covid. I guess the big difference now is the cabin crew in full Hazmat suits.
Hope to see more reviews in the future and again, welcome to Flight-Report!
