KLM check-in area, security and immigration was a breeze and very efficient.
Schiphol Airport celebrating the holiday season
I headed to the Non-Schengen KLM Crown lounge which can be accessed by KLM business class passengers as well as other sky team alliance business class passengers.
The lounge offers a lot of seating options, the lounge wasn't very busy at this hour, its usually busier in the morning.
The lounge unfortunately didn't have much to offer in the buffet. The lounge does offer a full restaurant but it is not complimentary
The lounge offers a bar, outdoor terrace, KLM shop, shower room and sleeper suites.
I headed to the gate after a brief visit to the lounge, the lounge overall was clean and had a lot to offer, would definitely recommend stopping by if you have some free time before your flight.
Schiphol airport has a lot of shopping and dining options.
The flight
KLM has a separate queue for Business class passengers. The boarding process was simple and efficient and wasn't crowded

KLM has 30 business class seats on the 787-9 in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone configuration with direct isle access which is definitely an upgrade from their 777s which are in a 2-2-2 configuration. The cabin is bright and has a modern feel to it.
The seat offers a good amount of legroom.
The crew came around with amenity kits and later came to take beverage orders, I opted for the fresh apple juice.
The flight took off 18 minutes after the scheduled departure time.
Crew offered another round of beverages after takeoff as well as a offered a choice of nuts or dutch cheese.

Immigration at Ezeiza airport was crowded because it was peak time.
Beautiful report and video once again. The refreshed non-Schengen Crown lounge looks really nice and you were lucky that you were there at a time it wasn't so crowded, as it can often get very busy. KLM Business class has come a long way in the last few years. From those awful recliner/very-angled lie-flat seats to now reverse herringbone full flat, at least on 787s. One thing that's always been consistently good is friendly cabin crew. Looks like a pleasant way to spend almost 14 hours.

Thanks for the video and report! If I just look at flyertalk it seems like lots of people feel this seat is too small, and report faulty seats -- it is weird because actual full trip reports are usually pretty positive.
