Introduction
This trip report is from Jan 2014. I was returning to Sydney via Hyderabad and Singapore. I had arrived in Mumbai on Air India: Read: Trip Report : Chennai - Mumbai on Air-India.
Arriving at Airport
I arrived early at the airport by taxi.
Jet Airways flight departed from Terminal 1B.
Check-in
I had my bags check-in till Hyderabad, with time to spare before security. Queue wasn't long. Walked around for sometime.

Way to Termianl 1C, where most Air India flight depart.
Security
I passed through security without issues, and waited in the waiting area for boarding call.
Waiting area had restaurants on level 1. Had some food and drinks,

Boarding
Boarding call was made, passengers queued up . Boarding pass was checked and handbags were checked for security stamp.

Exited the Terminal building and onto bus towards the aircraft.

This flight was operated under Jet Konnect brand which has disappeared now.
Onboard
Crew welcomed passengers on board. I was seated in front of the cabin.
Taxi and Departure
Doors were closed and pushback commenced. Departure was from runway 9 towards East. View of the Terminal 1A with Air india aircrafts in view.

Window was not clean, unable to take a clear shot.

Buy on board service was available on Jet Konnect flights.

Cabin Service
Even though it was Jet Konnect flight, Meal was served after half hour of departure. Option was veg or non-veg. I chose the non-veg meal.
Roti, butter chicken, veg and rice. Gulab jamun for dessert. Roti was hard , other items were ok. Air India meal was much better for comparison.

Seating 3-3 in economy class. After meal, had a walk to toilet.
View after returning to seat. Somewhere over Telangana.
Approach and Landing
Captain came on speaker and announced that flight would soon be descending towards Hyderabad. Crew checked cabin and got ready for arrival.

Landed smoothly and parked at remote bay.

Disembarkation was from both front and rear doors.As I was seated in front view of empty cabin.

Bus ride to terminal for passengers.
Bus ride was short and soon disembarked and headed to collect bag.

Baggage arrived soon as not many flight during the time of day.

After exiting airport, view of aircraft.
Indigo Airways getting prepared for next flight.
I went to the Makemytrip counter and dropped my bag as I had few hours before my next flight. Visited relative for dinner in Hitec City and I missed the bus.

Finally bus arrived, I had purchased the bus ticket earlier.
Bus on the Outer Ring road.
Hyderabad Metro under construction. The interesting experience I had was unable to find a public phone in the city as everyone is carrying mobile phone. As I didn't have a local phone I had to search around and find change to call. Got a rickshaw after alighting from bus and getting direction after finding local call phone. and soon reached the address.
