ABOUT AIRLINE, AIRCRAFT AND ROUTE
Airline history and info:
Lufthansa, also known as Deutsche Lufthansa AG, is one of the world's most prominent and renowned airlines. Established in 1953, Lufthansa is the flag carrier of Germany and operates under its parent company, Lufthansa Group, which is one of the largest aviation corporations globally. The airline's headquarters is located in Cologne, Germany, and its primary hub is Frankfurt Airport, with Munich Airport serving as another major hub.
Lufthansa has a rich history that dates back to the 1920s when it operated as a subsidiary of Deutsche Luft Hansa, the German national airline at that time. However, the modern incarnation of Lufthansa was established after World War II. Over the years, Lufthansa has steadily grown and expanded its reach, becoming a key player in the global aviation industry.
Fleet and Destinations:
Lufthansa boasts a vast fleet comprising modern and efficient aircraft, including Airbus A320 family, A340, A350, and Boeing 747, 777, and 787 models. The airline operates a diverse range of routes, connecting major cities across the world. Lufthansa's extensive network covers Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Additionally, through its numerous subsidiaries, such as Swiss International Air Lines, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa further extends its reach and connectivity.
Service and Quality:
Lufthansa is well-regarded for its emphasis on service quality, comfort, and passenger satisfaction. It offers multiple cabin classes, including Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class, each tailored to cater to the needs of different travelers. In-flight entertainment, comfortable seating, and delicious meals are some of the features that passengers can enjoy during their journey.
Frequent Flyer Program:
Lufthansa operates a loyalty program called Miles & More, which allows regular travelers to earn miles that can be redeemed for various benefits such as flight upgrades, lounge access, and discounted or free flights. The program is popular among frequent flyers and enhances customer loyalty.
Environmental Initiatives:
Like many leading airlines, Lufthansa is aware of its environmental impact and has been actively working on sustainability measures. The company has invested in modern, fuel-efficient aircraft and continuously seeks ways to reduce its carbon footprint. Lufthansa has also experimented with alternative fuels and participates in carbon offset programs to mitigate its emissions.
Challenges:
The airline industry, including Lufthansa, faces numerous challenges. Economic downturns, fluctuating fuel prices, and intense competition from other carriers, particularly low-cost carriers, have impacted the profitability of traditional airlines. Additionally, unforeseen events like the COVID-19 pandemic have severely affected air travel demand, leading to financial difficulties and operational challenges for Lufthansa and the entire aviation sector.
In response to such challenges, Lufthansa, like other airlines, has had to adapt its operations, implement cost-cutting measures, and explore new business strategies to remain competitive and resilient.
Overall, Lufthansa's strong reputation, extensive network, commitment to service quality, and focus on sustainability continue to make it a significant player in the global aviation industry. As air travel evolves in the future, Lufthansa will undoubtedly play a vital role in shaping the aviation landscape.

TRANSFER AT FRANKFURT AND NAVIGATING
After I arrived at my next gate boarding for Prague (Not my flight) was already begun.

After that, I decided to go and do some plane spotting.

United Airlines Boeing 777 arrived yesterday from Washington and now taxing to gate.

After 31 minutes of spotting, I decided do have something to eat because I was getting hungry.
I decided do buy food from Puro Gusto which was next to my spotting place.

I decided to buy Salami pizza, cheese cake, and Fanta.

After the next 42 minutes of spotting, it was time to head back to the gate A19.
I decided to see what that small duty-free offers.

It did not have anything that will raise my interest so it was time to start walking to the gates area.
When I was walking to my gates I decided do take a photo of LH 747 because who knows when I can see that beauty again.

After arriving back at our gate, I saw a LH 747 with newer colors having push-back.

And lovely painting at our gate.

BOARDING
And shortly after boarding was already started.

And now it is time to see where is my boarding pass.

I like how FRA has different lines for Pre-Boarding, Groups 1 and 2, and for First Class, Business, and star Alliance status holders (not sure for what status), and then normal lines for 1,2,3,4 and 5.

After that that I realized that we have a remote stand.
Stairs.

We stayed in there for 3 minutes and it was very hot in there.

After 3 minutes we were let to enter the bus and inside the bus it was nice cold air and btw waiting time was 3 minutes but it lasted in my head for 15 minutes.

I got a nice window seat so I was able to do some plane spotting on the bus ride.
Etihad Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner arriving from Abu Dhabi.

First photo of our plane.

As you can see you can from the front and from back, I decided do board from the front.
Small hello to the push-back truck.

Traditional fuselage shoot.

Friendly welcome from LH sticker.

After stepping inside the plane, I had a friendly welcome from FA and FO who invited me for a quick visit to the cockpit.

After cockpit visit it was time to head to the my seat row and now it is good time to talk about the seating in LH A321,so bussnes class has 2-2 configuration (Window and Aisle seat with keeping middle seat free) and economy has 3-3 configuration.
In our seat row, the only thing that was waiting on the seat was the seat.

View from my seat.

After that, we stayed on the ground for 33 minutes because we were waiting for the last PAX bus to be arriving and that means 10 minutes delay for our departure.
The cabin crew is getting ready for safety demonstration.

Because we needed do wait I decided do explore the inflight magazine.

To my surprise, you can even buy a robot vacuum cleaner on board.
TAXI, TAKE OFF, CLIMPING
After that, it was time to have push-back, and taxi to RWY25C and we had a quicker departure because originally planes went to RWY18 for departure but some went to 25C and that means we do not need do wait in the queue (you can see queue in the yt video)
The safety demo was done and we were ready to departure.
The seat belt sign went off around FRA because we made many turns around FRA airport in the air while climbing out.
Our Scheduled Departure time was 15:20 but we departed at 15:47 because of a delay (I lied of 10 minutes)
Enjoy the video of take off.
CATERING, IN-FLIGHT ENTEIRMENT, CRUSISING AND CABIN
You can stream to your in-flight endearment to your device for free but wifi and streaming cost money.

After you copy the link you can access to the flight info like moving map, weather in your destination, etc but not movies.

After that, I found that LH sells PS5 on board.

Back to moving back, somewhere around FRA.

Cloudy weather at Tallinn

And now the crew handed out water bottles, water is from Denmark.

Seat pocket contains air sicknes bag, safety card (safety card has seen some better days then today), Onboard Delights (menu) and Worldhop (duty-free magazin).

Somewhere over Germany.

Now it is time to check out some photos that I photographed at FRA.
Lufthansa 747

Does anyone else finds that Condor livery stunning? Condor 757

Lufthansa A340

Now it is time for the legroom check.

Legroom is good.
The seat contains a seat (can see on the seat picture in the boarding category), A/C, reading lamp, seat-belt on/off screen, seat pocket, another seat pocket, and the tray table.

After that catering started, those who pre-ordered their meals got a hot meal, pre-ordering the meal costs 79 euros.
I decided to have some Candy, and hot chocolate and with that, I got some hand sanartdazing paper (wet paper)

The candy (Dallmayr Pralinen Auswahl) was tasty (did not eat it on a plane, I was eating that candy while writing that FR.) The hot chocolate was tasty but very hot, hotter then on the BT flight to ZRH, I needed to wait for it to get cooler for 10-20 minutes.
I had a little look into the menu again :)

After that CC came and handed out LH chocolate.

It was tasty.
CC was slow with collecting trash, they collected the trash about 30-20 minutes before landing.
Somewhere over Germany's coast-line.

Some beautiful clouds

After that, it is time to do Loo review.
Cabin views turning cruising.

Loo on this review is the Gally left side loo.

Loo looks clean, there is a sink (I never understand how that tap works), toilet, flush button, baby board, soap, and toilet paper. I will say, a solid 9/10 and this time, head room is okay.
View from the emergency exit window.

Beautiful photos.

An addition that you get with the FlyNet side for free is free chatting for 30 minutes but you need do log in, I decided to skip that for that flight.

If you wanted to buy wifi for the entire flight it costs 12 Euros or 4,000 miles. I decided to skip the Wifi.

Approaching Estonia and some Latvia coast line photos.

One thing that I don't like is that, if you open the map it says for the 5 first seconds that: Not Available.

A quick look into Duty free magazine, no duty-free sadly on that flight :(

You can buy the Table tennis table, I wonder how they fit it into the plane and delver it to the passenger seat, LOL.
Or you can buy a plane food trolley or some thing like that.

I wanted to buy the plane model but I guess, next time then.

DESCENDING, LANDING, TAXING
Approaching to Estonia and again, clouds.

Stormy clouds in distance.

16 minutes until we land and yes, we have started our descend to Tallinn.

More storm clouds.

Cabin turning decend.

Not so sunny at Tallinn.

Lake Ülemiste.

Tartu Highway.

Seconds before touch-down.

1 second after touch down.

Plane spotting hill in the distance with ATC tower and this is my first time landing from RWY08.

Vacating via Foxtrot.

Some planes.

MagneticMRO hangar with beautiful painting, the first time when I saw it I tough some body did graffiti on it LOL.

Estonia Police and border guard air base.

Tallinn airport fire brigade station.

Fedex 737

And we parked next to that beautiful LOT livery.

Cabin turning de-boarding.

Emergency exit row.

You can de-board from the front door or rear door and traditional fuselage shoot.
Our Scheduled arrival time was 17:30 and our arrival was 17:53 so little bit delay but I don't mind it :)
Enjoy the landing video :)
DE-BOARDING

Our gate 6 is styled with BT design.

BAGGAGE CLAIM AND NAVIGATING OUT FROM THE AIRPORT
Small hello to fishes :)
I blurred one fish's face because he wanted to be blurred.

Lexus advisement.

Yellow food car.

Exit to the baggage claim, we were the only flight to arrive at that time so only one flight needed baggage claim.

I needed do wait about 14 minutes to get my bag.

After that, it was time to exit from baggage claim and I had a small friendly welcome back message from TLL airport :)

Last view to the Tallinn airport.

Thank you for reading that FR and cya on the next flight report. :)
