Hi everyone!
Welcome to my Flight Report. In this report, I want to share about my trip to Singapore with Jetstar Asia. I decided to choose Jetstar Asia because it was the cheapest price compared to other low cost airlines with the same route.
I decided to go to the airport at 06:00 and arrived at around 06:45 by using taxi. Then, I went inside the terminal building. After passed some shops, I proceeded to the check-in counter. Before you can enter the check-in area, you have to show your boarding pass or itinerary to the security officer, then you can proceed to the check-in counter. I went to the Jetstar Asia check-in counter to collect my boarding pass because the web check-in was not available for my flight. The staff told me that all baggage must be weighed, including the cabin luggage, so I placed my luggage on the conveyor belt with the scale on it and my luggage's weight was within the weight limit of cabin luggage, which is 7 kg. Then, the staff put the cabin baggage sign on my luggage and gave me the boarding pass.

After I got my boarding pass, I went upstairs to go to the immigration and the boarding gate which is located on the second floor.

After validating the boarding pass through the autogate, passing the security check, and clearing the immigration, I went to the boarding gate and waited for my flight.

After getting off the plane, I cleared the immigration through the autogate which is very easy and convenient (only took a few minutes without any queues), then I went to the city.

My flight path according to Flightradar24:

Odd that they wouldn't have web check-in for this flight...I assume because it's international? Still it's weird. It is annoying having to go to a check-in counter if you normally wouldn't have needed to go there. Other than that very basic product, just fine for a short regional flight--good value if price is right. Thanks for sharing!
