Review of SWISS flight from Zurich to Istanbul in Business

This is the continuation of LHR-ZRH. Also its French version is available.
50 mins between the flights allowed enough time to visit the non-Schengen SWISS Lounge D Business.
It was very quiet when i arrived there. What i thoroughly liked is its great view to the trafic. I was not particularly hungry so i did not try the food but it seemed pretty correct!

Near the closure of the boarding, made my way to the gate where i scanned my BP at the automatic boarding gate, to meet a longish queue inside the jetbridge.

There were 22 travellers in C, over 6 rows. We were distributed a bottle of water and a refreshing towel, before the push back.
At 9h35 and runway 16, the engines roared into life.

Once flying at a safe altitude level, a mature crew sprang into action with seriousness and efficiency. A nice selection of newspapers in German, English and French was handed out promptly. Then, we were served an aperitif with some savoury snack biscuits.

Lunch tray was brought at 10h15 without menu nor tablecloth given. Among the 3 options (chicken, fish or vegetarian meal with pasta) I opted for the salmon trout fillet. This was served with a tomato-based sauce, creamy cauliflower and boiled potato, a cold starter of mixed salad leaves, mixed cheeses, warm bread from a basket and a sort of red berry meringue pie.
The main dish and dessert were really tasty. I had another glass of Jacquard Mozaic champagne.
A round of hot drinks concluded this enjoyable meal!

But, a good flight with LX can not be completed without the famous chocolate, which i obviously accepted along with the immigration form and the fast track access for the arrival.
