The plane itself was wonderful. Plenty of room. Great service. Made it home from Dallas in record time. Besides the WiFi not working, the only negative aspect was preflight when they did a last second gate change on us. This resulted in everyone having to take the Skylink from A all the way to D terminal.
Waited for our bags at Philly for a while. Philly is always the x factor. The baggage belt is never accurate and it often times takes forever. Once you cross security, they stop caring about maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. It's not uncommon to find homeless guys sleeping in the baggage claim or elevator area. There's also been a string of criminal incidents in the garage.

As a frequent AA flyer for many years bags taking like an hour to be delivered seems like the norm for them...that’s when they don’t lose them, hah. I’ve switched mostly to flying AS domestically and they are much better about baggage, granted they don’t have wide bodies flying within the U.S.
