ITA Hangar Lounge FCO
Not our first time in this lounge, it is still stunning. The design is the area where ITA excels.
Love the colours of the bar.
The front desk was helpful with my boarding pass but the question about showers was turned down. Please be aware that even ITA has showers in its lounges, they are not on offer anymore!
Also the situation at toilets is alarming. They made lounge for maybe a hundred people in peak hours with just three toilets in each lavatory. Well, this was not designed well…

The food offer was enough for breakfast with typical Italian pastry lacking hot food options.

I also could not pass by without ordering batist coffee or the famous Fly Up cocktail!

The Flight
Boarding on time as well as the departure.
The flight was operated by just a few months old Airbus A220-300 which is once again very stylish from outside as well as inside.
Even the airplane stood on the tarmac for several hours, it was not cleaned even in business class. Also, as you can see, the divider between business and economy was broken and situated in row 2. Uff…

Very quick service was done as the flight time was somewhere around 50 minutes. It consisted of the drink of choice and some people got wrapped croissant and Actimel, I was not one of them. This is really not a business class experience. They should to improve to something Air France has on its short national flights - nice little boxes with something sweet.

I also checked the WiFi as this was the first aircraft of whole journey where it actually worked.

On time arrival saved the other downsides.
