Stopover in Cartagena
So, the first leg of our flight left us in CTG, where there was a crew change; people bound to CTG from AMS got off and new flightmates joined.

The IFE was rebooted for a while

And then it was pretty much waiting without much else to do.

Toilets were, expectedly, clean.

Updated flight info indicated a 9h41m flight time, not very long.

Once all new passengers were seated we were good to go to AMS.
Enroute to AMS
We were tugged back from our parking spot while the security video was shown

Then our GENx roared to live and we were headed to RWY 18 for a northward departure.

We took off as the sun set over the Caribbean Sea

As soon as we reached our initial cruise altitude the crew jumped to hand water and desinfecting tissues.

I felt like reading and listening to Britney before we got our meals served.

I went with chicken for tonights dinner.

And I was then given a cookie, just because.

And then it was time to sleep. We were woken up by the mood lighting.

We were nearing Ireland.

Not much to see outside

Breakfast was distributed. Super sweet but nice, nonetheless.

We were invited to fill in a survey

DL going back to the US

Not much to see over Britain

Birmingham (?)

Any clues?

Now crossing the countryside

Into the North sea

Wind turbines indicating we are nearing AMS

Looks like we're bound to the Polderbaan

Polderbaan it was

Infrastructure in the NL is just amazing

Reaching our spot

And so this flight came to an end

Now it was time to head to security check

Stay tuned for Part 3.
