INTRODUCTION
In this past week, I went to Myanmar, specifically Yangon, mainly to see family, but also to immerse myself in Myanmar for a bit. There were a good few firsts for me in this trip (first flights for me on MAI (on the Burmese Air Force One!) and jetBlue, and first time on the Airbus A380, in the upper deck, no less!), and I also got to fly QR's new FIFA 777, but those are stories for later. This report is about the least exciting leg: a typical American Eagle E175 flight. Was this a risky itinerary? Probably. Did I enjoy the trip? Yes!

RDU AIRPORT
It has been over a year since I last flew on a plane, so it's nice to be back at RDU, which is now undergoing some construction for expansion.

Long lines at 3 AM!

Time to head to gate C16, where my flight is waiting.

Of course, the gate my flight is at at lacks a window. Anyways, my flight over to the Big Apple will be operated by N110HQ, a 2007-built E175 delivered new to Republic Airways in June 2007, and it has been with that airline since, but this plane was originally operated as US Airways Express, before being changed to American Eagle with the merger in December 2013.

Info about the expansion.

BOARDING
Time to board!

Glimpse of the plane.

100 years and FIFA World Cup stickers at the boarding door, note the QR logo (oddly without the oryx) in addition to the AA logo on the FIFA sticker. Far less cool compared to the FIFA QR 777 I flew on the way back, but that's for another report.

ONBOARD
The Republic Airways/American Eagle E175 has 12 domestic first seats in the standard E-Jet 1-2 configuration. I don't know the seat models used in first or economy on this E175 yet. I recommend the A seats if you're solo. Having nobody next to you and a window is great.

But, I will be back in Economy, which has 64 seats in the standard E-Jet 2-2 configuration. My seat for this hop will be 21F.

Being 5' 11", legroom is passable.

A universal power socket and USB port is installed. I think it was one socket per two seats.

PSU. As with just about every narrowbody out there, air vents are installed.

Seatback contents include a Republic Airways safety card, a guide for the streaming entertainment and WiFi, a waste bag, and a promotional flyer.

DEPARTURE
Goodbye Raleigh! See you in a little over a week!

IN-FLIGHT
Cabin after departure.

A beautiful sky.

Got myself a Biscoff and water. This was the biggest Biscoff I would encounter on this trip.

Unlike Delta, the AA Biscoffs sadly aren't branded.

Remember to stay hydrated, not just on flights, but in general!

ENTERTAINMENT/WIFI
AA offers free WiFi to AAdvantage members. This E175 has Intelsat WiFi, which surprisingly had pretty good speeds! Sure, it's no Starlink, but still good for most use cases. You did have to sit through two ads (one for AT&T, the primary WiFi sponsor, and another for One Times Square, but that second one might be destination dependent). I was able to track the flight via Flightradar24 with the WiFi. I think there was also some form of streaming entertainment available via the portal. Note the Supergirl logo in place of a plane symbol on the portal.

ARRIVAL
Time to land in NY!

People standing up.

Beautiful Hawaiian/Alaska A330.

One last look at the economy cabin.

And of the first class cabin.

Down the jetway!

And into T8, where I have to catch QR704 to Doha!
