Avis du vol entre Lisbon et Helsinki en classe Affaires avec TAP Air Portugal

Hi, This is my flight report from Lisbon to Helsinki with TAP Portugal, the Portuguese Flagship Airline, and member of Star Alliance, in Business Class.
The fligh duration was 4h20 and arrived on time.

I arrived in the Airport at 8:10pm and checked-in in TAP Portugal business class and Economy Plus class Check-in area in the entry of the Airport. After the quick check-in I went to security priority access and the process was very fast with no queues.

Lisbon Airport Departures area is a renovated area, full with free-shops, also with very known international brands and a food-court.

Although Lisbon Airport is the main hub of TAP Portugal, the airline doesn’t have any own Lounge, so I went to ANA Airport Lounge, located above the Food Court.
The lounge have 2 seating/relaxation areas, a zone with 3 computers, smoking room, shower facilities (located in the bathroom). In terms of food and beverages its very limited. The dining area was also very dirty because anyone took away the dirty dishes during the time I stayed there (like 30min).
In my opinion TAP deserves better in their own hub

At boarding gate was announce that the flight going to be delayed for 20min because of the late arrival of the aircraft and so the boarding started 20min delayed.

I was seated at 1A, in business class and had all the row for me.

For dinner in Business Class they had just one option: Starting with a Salt Cod Confit and Green Salada, the main course was Ricotta Bauletti Pasta with Béchamel Sauce and Pistachios and ended with Chestnut Pudding. They also have a good selection of Portuguese wines: Luís Pato Blanc de Blancs Sparkling 2015, Quinta da Alorna White 2015, Esporão Verdelho White 2015, Dona Maria Red 2013 and Vale da Raposa Red 2014.

I arrived by the south in the most remote runway. Then the aircraft taxied to the Gate, in the opposite side of the airport. The disembarking was really fast and the baggage claiming was also very quick.
