After 2 weeks in Kyushu(Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Beppu and Fukuoka) with my first shinkansen experience, it's time to head home. I love Japan and I hope I can visit this beautiful country every other year.

Check-in at Fukuoka Airport. There was a security check before the check-in counter where your bags are sealed by the airport staff. This took some time and by the time we finished checking in our luggages, it was close to boarding time.

Having already had my breakfast in Hakata station before heading to the airport, I did not have a look around and crossed airside. There's a large duty-free right past the immigration.
Headed straight to Gate 52 which was at the end of the terminal on the ground floor. A queue already formed as the passengers prepare to head to the plane.
And interestingly enough, the plane was parked right outside and all we had to do was cross the road.
Up to the plane.
The newer of MU's short-haul cabin. The Y-cabin is arranged in a 3-3 configuration.
Shot of the seats which you can see are slimline versions of the regular airplane seats. They are fairly comfortable and they make the cabin feel less claustrophobic.
POV shot from my seat. Legroom is acceptable on this flight.
Quick toilet hop before take-off. Clean with all the necessary amenities.
Returned to my seat while the other passengers were still boarding.

A quick meal is served once the plane levels off. The meal consists of a salad, sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt and water. Peanuts are served with the main meal. The meal is great for a this flight, almost like a nice brunch.
After the meal, I take a nap and I woke up during final descent. Touchdown in Pudong.
