Guarulhos is well known to me. I like their new International Terminal 3 overall with the exception of premium customer experience - there are no priority security check lines or immigration queue.
The check-in started right 3 hours prior to departure and was efficient with both AF/KLM agents available.

As this was the earlier Air France flight leaving GRU at 16:35, there were not so many other planes departing at that time. So the immigration and security check point queue were nearly missing but during the peak hours it would be very annoying for J passengers to stay the queue with the others. That should be done in a better way!
Executive Lounge GRU
This lounge was quite nice. I really love LATAM Lounge and in comparation to it this one was much smaller with no view, no nap rooms, only a few showers and overall it did not match the LATAM standard. But the food offering was quite good and there was also attended bar. The waiting time for the shower was around 20 minutes so make sure you make a reservation upon arrival to avoid confusing experience!

AF457 - GRU - CDG

This was a standard Air France Business Class flight with one point to take in mind - there were only a few people on board. It was a time a few days before CoVid19 made it to whole Europe and closed all the airports and flihts got cancelled. I was a lucky one to get home just in time. The load was 0 in F, max 20 in J, just a few peopl in Y+ and economy at about 70% load of passengers.
The cabin crew were quite good but…it's not the African warm hearths, right? :D

Seats are always a little worn but this one was in a great shape

Departure and arrival in Brasil are always a hit!

And what about the dinner? There is not so much to describe, you all know. They did not have my favourite seasonal cocktail so I ended up with mimosa…

And the dinner with a superb dessert. The service was quick but the only thing that I do not get is why do they require you to have the plastic tray on your table with cloth? That should be changed and done in a better way especially in this time when the cabin crew had a lot of time for everyone on board…

When talking about the bed mode, I really miss the matress pads in Air France. The pillow is a good quality but I regret not flying with LATAM when I remember their beautiful bed mode accessories…
The breakfast was again nice as always with AF

Air France Arrival lounge CDG
As I had my connecting flight in economy, I was not able to use the Air France Lounge airside so I decided to go to landside and spend some time in their arrival lounge located in T2 where there are no AF flights. Weird, right? :D But the experience was very nice! I was the only one there with one gentleman, there are many showers, a simple food offering and a selection of beverages. For me, this is very nice service from AF!

Please consider including pictures of the menu so we know what it is you’re eating.
I can understand serving the dinner on a tray on very short red-eyes like JFK-CDG, but not an 11h GRU-CDG! There's plenty of time to serve a properly coursed dinner without a tray. I know AF was experimenting with this type of restaurant-style service without trays for a while, but I guess nothing came of it as obviously they're still using trays. Other than that, the catering looks very good and high end.
Like Eminere, I agree it would have been nice to have had photos of the menu, or at least a written description of the dishes.
