Hi,
Munich Airport was very quiet and empty this Friday and after a quick luggage drop off and security I had some small nice lunch in the quiet Lufthansa Senator Lounge at G gates area (heaving access via my Star Alliance Gold status).

The Lounge feels spacious but unfortunately misses day light.

Here some views of my lunch:

A small nice seasonal station for some strawberry cake was also available.

Boarding started on time via a bus to the apron. Passing a huge Lufthansa A380:

Today a special livery Dash 8 would operate this flight.

It is nice to see some different livery.

The flight was very empty and I took my window seat in the back of the cabin.

Seat pitch is not great but find for such a turboprop.

A flight time of 1 hour was announced and we taxied for take off.

Quickly climbing through some clouds.

A view on the rather empty cabin.

Luxair still offers an inflight magazine which is rare after Covid.

Luxair still offers complimentary inflight service in Economy Class which is great. A sweet or savoury snack was offered plus free drinks (incl. alcohol). I decided for a nice glass of sparkling wine and some coffee.

Soon we started approach into Luxemburg. Bonbons were offered from a basket as well.

Final approach and landing on time.

Thanks for reading,
FlyAlex
Luxair are one of those rare gems remaining with full service on intra-European flights. It's nice to see some airlines maintain good standards in short-haul Economy. The seats look quite comfortable with good padding.
Thanks for sharing!
