Avis du vol entre Sydney et Perth en classe Economique avec Jetstar Airways

Introduction.

Welcome to the second part of this FR series. This review will cover Jetstar's A321neo product from Sydney to Perth. 

Ground Experience.

I had around a 2 hour connection to this flight after my Qantas flight from Tokyo. I took the T-Bus to get to Terminal 2, which is mainly used by Jetstar and VA.

I'm not suprised that the terminal was quite busy as it was holiday season. There were plenty of kiosks to check-in with not much queus at all. Baggage drop had long queues however.

The check-in process was easy, and because I only had carry ons I went straight through to security which was quite busy.

Security only took about 10 minutes, but it was a stressful process. After clearing everything, I headed to the airside of the terminal, which was pretty nice. There was a food court and a bunch of shops.

There were really nice windows that overlooked the runway, and I spent most of the time watching planes.

Around 10 minutes prior to boarding I headed to my gate, which was conveniently located right across the windows.

I was able to see our aircraft from our gate.

Boarding started on time, with no form of group boarding.

Cabin & Seat

No surprises with Jetstar's seats—all aircraft have the same type. However, the Airbus A321neo features USB-A ports.

The seats feature a well-sized tray table, a latch for securing your phone or tablet, and a seat pocket. I also like how there is a literature pocket positioned above, which maximizes legroom.

The Flight.

Boarding was impressively quick—the door even closed 10 minutes before our scheduled departure. We had to wait at the gate until departure time. Incredible punctuality!

Taxi time wasn't too long, but there were 2 or so planes in front of us taking off. Eventually we took off though.

The crew began the inflight service about 30 minutes after takeoff. Since Jetstar is a low-cost carrier, food and drinks have to be purchased onboard. The food options are decent, with a variety of hot meals, snacks, and a reasonable selection of drinks.

I ordered my favorite meal—a pie combo with a drink—which cost around $12.

Very tasty and filling!

The rest of the flight was pretty uneventful. 

Gotta have your own form of entertainment on these long flights!

I took a nap, and by the time I woke up, we had already started our descent.

Landing went smooth and taxi time wasn't too long.

Disembarkation.

Passengers seated in the front disembarked from the front, while those in the back exited from the rear.
