The check-in area of Zone E at Manchester Airport's Terminal 2.

The 'honeycomb' patterned design at the top of the escalators up to the 1903 Lounge. This was a really nice design.

The entrance to the 1903 Lounge.

Floating bar with runway views anyone?

Plenty of spacious seating areas around in this lounge!

The dining area of the lounge.

An array of quality salads were available (for a change!).

Lots of desserts and sweet treats, too!

Today's A350-900 down to GVA was operated on ET-AYN.

I was seated in 2A, a Cloud 9 business class seat closest to the window. The seat behind and in front face towards the aisle.

A Cloud 9 branded pillow and duvet were handed out. Points to this pillow as it was SUPER soft!

Noise-cancelling headphones were also available.

It was a full service flight so I received a complimentary bottle of Gold still water and this wonderful red leather Ethiopian branded amenity kit.

Pre-departure drinks consisted of either orange juice or a glass of champagne. Of course, I indulged!

Not long after boarding a menu was also presented.

Then, 20 minutes in, dinner was served. I received a charcoal beef skewer with salad. This had cornichons and Red Leicester cheese. The salad was a Russian style potato salad and dessert was a red berry cheesecake. All were superbly delicious! Crackers and cheese also arrived and although not pictured, I opted for a glass of passionfruit juice - this was amazing!

Ethiopian coffee tasting at 38,000ft. (Served with cream and brown sugar - delicious!).

The IFE (mine was frozen/broken on this screen for the entirety of the journey).

The seat in fully-lie flat mode.

Giving it a quick test prior to landing into GVA.

The forward-most toilets on the right hand side, just before the galley.

Various amenity items were available.

Finally, we descended into a beautiful Geneva Airport. Such a beautiful sunset on approach.
Hello, and welcome to the site.
However, please slow down a bit with your posts, out of respect for the other contributors.
By publishing all your reports at once, you push other FlightReports out of visibility, which can be frustrating for many of us.
Have a nice day!
I agree with that.
Kiai, Ryan,
Thanks for the welcome, I think — and for keeping me in check!
I completely understand the point, and rest assured I’m not trying to take over the front page like it’s a runway slot at Heathrow. I’ll ease off the throttle a bit and stagger my posts going forward. I didn't see anything in the rules about posting limits, hence just publishing all my reviews now on my day off.
Anyway, appreciate the heads-up and looking forward to sharing more with the community (albeit one a day!).
Have a lovely weekend!
James
