Hello everyone,
school is finished, it's time to restart reporting.
This summer, I'll go to Israël and Czech to see my family, England to improve my English in order to become a pilot, in Europe with a friend and in Italy with my parents.

We arrived 3h before the flights at CTA
CTA seems to be a very nice airport from outside
Surprise n°1 : the flights are annonced only 3h before the flight time
We wanted to ask to an agent for help, but she didn't answered us and started to discuss with an other agent (very bad point)
Just after, an onther agent came to ask us if we need help
the departures' FIDS
Surprise n°2 :We are going to the restaurant located on the first floor. Inside, it was very hot and it smell very bad
The cashier's agent was awful, she spoke very bad english.
She will allow her to disput with her colleague and leave the cashier and the cloent
The agent that replaced her was nice but mostly, the staff is very bad at CTA
The restaurant's food wasn't good but wasn't bad too
Surprise n°3 : Wi-fi doesn't work at all
I went to the arrivals' level

Surprise n°4 : The plane that should transport us is planned to be on delay for arriving but not for the departure (15 min between the supposed arrival and the supposed departure times !!!)
And, the plane was finally in advance
Surprise n°5 : Only two counters are opened for our flight.
45 min of queuing to let our luggages but the staff was very good.
TO is using at CTA an KLM tag for the max flyers' luggages.
The security checks were fluent but the staff didn't speak a very well english too.
Munich is said to be Monaco in Italia ;)

In order to win time, we started the boarding whereas all the people of the previous flight didn't leave the cabin

Surprise n°6 : a very bad pitch
a man who was seated at the rear told me it was more horrible here for the pitch than there :
the plane is very dirty :
test marathon failed (a box of medicines was there)

boarding is closed 15min before the theoretical departure :
Surprise n°7 : the computer that should scan our boarding pass didn't work anymore
we didn't know if we can leave the plane
Finally, we could leave 50min after the theoretical departure time.
Happily, the crew is very nive

We took off normally and the flight was very confortable
I took the same thing than at the departure at the BOB
We arrived at 11.15 pm at Orly
We landed on the pist 08 which is exceptionnal.

One of our luggage arrived before us ( again something exceptionnal for ORY)
The end will arrive after a very long wait
