Review of SWISS flight Zurich → Belgrad in Business

Hi,

Being on transfer at Zurich I first enjoyed some nice views from the big windows of the shopping/transfer zone.



My flight to Belgrade departed from the D gates which meant that I would spend my remaining waiting time in the Swiss Business lounge in area D.
This is quite a small lounge however I got a nice and comfortable seat and enjoyed a light lunch until boarding started.



Boarding was done with respect of priorities and I was among the first 5 passengers to board our Airbus 320 in Star Alliance colours.



I took my seat 2F and the cabin felt modern and the pitch was also totally fine.
I had 3 seats for myself and also the row behind me stayed empty.

Once boarding was completed the nice crew distributed a bottle of water and a refreshing towel.



During taxi a safety video was played on the overhead screens and I enjoyed some nice aircraft views until we reached our deiicing position.



Deicing was done and in the end we departed with a delay of 40 minutes for our flight to Belgrade which would take 1 hour 20 minutes today.



Soon we were above the clouds and some great mountain views followed as we climbed to cruising altitude.



Quickly the curtains to Economy Class were closed.



Soon the female Maitre de Cabine in charge of Business Class started the service.
She was simply amanzing and probably one of the nicest and most caring flight attendants that I ever met.
The service to us 7 Business Class passengers was always done without any trolley and she served a small cold meal tray to everybody.
While serving the tray she exactly explained to each passenger what are the components of the meal and asked for drink choices.



The meal was served with a choice of warm breads from a basket and tasted very nice.

I had some water and red wine with my meal.



The flight attendant was present many times in the cabin and refilled water, wine, champagne etc - she was so nice and really enjoyed her job.

Once the trays were removed I asked for some black tea (among a huge selection of different ones on offer) and some Baileys.



Of course Swiss chocolates were also offered and the flight passed by very quickly in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.



Soon we touched down at Belgrade and docked at a terminal position.
