Introduction
This trip report is from 2018. I was travelling on Cathay Pacific after a long time, my last trip was in '89 from Dubai to Mumbai on B747-300. Last time I had visited Hong Kong was in 2005 travelling on Qantas.
I had to visit Mumbai found travelling via Hong Kong as the cheapest option. Transit through Hong Kong with a wait time of 3 1/2 hrs.
Pre-flight
Check-in for the flight was done online. Received SMS regarding delayed flight day earlier. Hong Kong was having bad weather delaying the flight.
Airport arrival
Took train and arrived at the airport early.
Check-in
As had already checked online and being early, check-in was quick. Received the boarding pass, informed the gate number and advised of the delayed flight.
