Hi guys,
So For some health reasons I had to leave from Rome, Italy to Tbilisi on 25th of march. I was not planning to make report because I was very tired. The first leg of the Rome-IST-Tbilisi flight was departing at 07:00 Am from Rome local time.
After a foggy take off in Rome and a slight delay on a Boeing 737-800 sky interior, we landed smoothly at Ataturk airport and I was ready to go to gate for my connecting flight to Tbilisi. We boarded the bus to take us to the plane. I knew it would be A321 as I had already chosen the seat in advance. But wait a minute. As we got to the aircraft Stand and I saw A321neo waiting us I got excited. I forgot all my long night and tiredness and immediately got my phone to take the shots of the beautiful engine and the registration number of this Brand new Airbus 321neo with reg, number TC-LSA ( 7 month old).
I was really happy.
and we started to board. First we are welcomed by a spacious business class. A true leader in EU market.
When I sat to my assigned seat and looked up Could not believe It was A321. It looked bigger and it has got some more bigger screens everywhere. and also free wifi.
I was seated next to the Emergency exit door which meant I had enormous legroom. I could wish nothing more than that. Everything is very clean.

I don't know why but the A320 family sharklets are really beautiful.
Landing in Tbilisi Airport. This concrete part of the taxiway needs to be rehabilitated. really. its a shame.
Breaks
Have you ever seen something like this? A321 fully loaded with PAX entering on the very first taxiway from the runway. The pilot used breaks. we heard very strange noise. I dont know why he did not use the second taxiway.
Tbilisi airport is getting busier every year. Thanks to tourism boom in Georgia and VISA liberalisation with EU.
And yes! Tbilisi airport is really getting bigger. They are adding 5 more stands for the aircraft.
Right after us S7 form Moscow landed. Also A321.
This MyWay Ailrines is getting prepared for Tel Aviv
Georgian airways 4L-MGT for Tel-Aviv as well.
The design of the Arriving terminal is horrible. Orange interior? really?
This Casino thing is too much. The airport is full of this type of advertisements.

-I was really wondering the first exit row legroom of TK A21N and 39M and now I have seen that the window EE row on TK A21N's are really good. You were lucky to be assigned there. I won't pay extra for that row but I would definitely go early to the airport to get that seat for free whenever I have the chance. It's also nice that these seats have two tray tables.
- Was there Free Wifi or you had free wi-fi depending on your Miles&Smiles status?
- The IFE screens are much more better than the old A321's which have the Panasonic system. I hope that they are fast.

- It's classic TAV interior. Ankara (ESB) and the international terminal at Izmir (ADB) have the same decoration.

Hi Giorgi, thanks for sharin this report on TK's new cabins. The new cabins are beautiful! The Business class looks really nice and the Economy cabin with those huge PTVs looks more like a widebody cabin. Nice photos througout.

I checked on flight radar and this plane seems to make a lot of short flight 1-2 hours when clearly the seats are almost long haul like.
