Hello
On July 5, 2019, I flew from San Jose, CA (SJC/KSJC) to Everett, WA (PAE/KPAE) onboard Alaska Horizon Airlines. I was on AS2741 operated by N620QX. This was my first time on board an Alaska E75L and my first time landing in Everett Airport. One of the main reasons why I decided to fly to Everett instead of Seattle was because just 4 months before, the airport began commercial service and one of its first destinations was San Jose. So I decided to give the new airport a try and not go to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA/KSEA) all the time.

Conclusion

In the end, I really enjoyed the flight and I was absolutely appalled at the new passenger terminal at Everett Airport. The passenger terminal inside the airport makes it look like you are in a luxury airport and its design makes the airport's ambiance beautiful! The airport was also very peaceful (mostly because not a lot of people fly there). The flight experience was also amazing because the flight crew was friendly and efficient. The takeoff from San Jose was very smooth and even though there were clouds and winds in Everett, the pilots managed to land the airplane fairly smoothly. The only problem I had with this airplane was that the WiFi was down and there was no in-flight entertainment available. This prevented me from doing things I would normally do on an airplane like chat with friends and surf the web. Overall, I would give this flight an 8/10.
