Hi guys. Welcome to my next report on Flight-Report. Today's flight report will be a little special because I would fly with Vietnam Airlines on their inaugural flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Denpasar/Bali on Airbus A321. On Novembar 27th, Vietnam Airlines has launched a new route from Ho Chi Minh City to Denpasar/Bali. This is the first time Vietnam Airlines flying to Bali, and also this route is the second route to Indonesia, after Ho Chi Minh City - Jakarta.
Today's flight would start at International Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City.

Today, I would fly on flight VN641 to Denpasar/Bali, and the estimated departure time would be 11:10 am
Like I said before, today's flight was really special, because this was Vietnam Airlines' first ever flight to Bali, and I was super exicited to be one of the 1st passengers to fly on this route.
Vietnam Airlines' Economy Class check-in area
Since there were quite a lot of people at the waiting area, so it took me about 10 minutes queuing and waiting for my turn to do check-in procedure.
Check-in was done and I got my boarding pass. Now time for immigration and security check.
After a while, immigration and security check procedures were all done, and I got into the airside. Let's walk to the gate of this flight.
After a long walk to the end of the concourse, I finally got to the gate for this flight.
The aircraft for this flight had arrived from Hanoi. The registration of this A321 was VN-A332, and it was 7.9 years old.
The gate for this flight was gate 27.
And there were few panels at the gate to celebrate the inaugural flight to Bali.
Boarding was called, and time to board.
My seat on this flight was 20A.
Like on many A321s of Vietnam Airlines, legroom was ahright and quite spacious for me.

Safety video was aired on the overhead screens.
And refreshing tissue was distributed before take-off.
About 20 minutes after boarding, the aircraft started to pushback and taxi to the runway.
Take-off
Indonesia Customs Declaration form was distributed shortly after take-off.
25 minutes after take-off, drinks and snacks were served.
And I got a package of roasted mixed nuts. For drink, I asked for a cup of orange juice .
Aladdin was aired on the overhead screens throughout the whole flight time.
Hot meals were served after the snacks service. There were 2 choices of meals: Fish with rice or Beef with noodles.
And I chose the fish option on this flight.
Main course: Sweet and Sour Fish with Steamed Rice and Zucchini.
Appertizer: Thai-inspired Salad.
Desert: a banana.
In the tray, I also had a bread roll and butter to eat with.
Drinks were served shortly after that.
This time I asked for a cup of apple juice.
The meal was pretty large and delicious. What an impressive meal! I finished all the things in the meal tray :D

In the seat pocket, I had: a sickness bag, a safety card, an inflight magazine of Vietnam Airlines called Heritage, and an inflight entertainment catalogue called LotuStar.
After over 3 hours flying, the aircraft started to decend and prepared for landing.
And the beautiful sceneries of Indonesia began to appear outside the window.

After landing, the most anticipated moment of this flight has come, which was water salute XD
Disembarkation
At the arrival gate, all the passengers received a welcome from the representative of Vietnam Airlines in Bali and the traditional Balinese dancing. Also, there were many journalists there.
An inaugural flight ceremony was held before the aircraft landed right inside the arrival lobby.
And here was the crews welcoming ceremony.
