Introduction

This trip was taken in Sept 2013. Being an early morning departure, drove to the airport. Arrived around 5.40 a.m, parked the car at the Short term parking and walked across to the airport.

Check-in

As I was travelling with only a handbag, didn't take long to receive the boarding pass.

Security

Security was quick as most flight departing Terminal 3 were Tiger airways.

Boarding

After completing the check-in and security, it was time for boarding. Had arrived at the gate early, waited for boarding call. Boarding pass was checked before being allowed to continue embarkation.

The aircraft was parked away from the terminal, took a bus ride.

While boarding

Tiger airways had undergone a branding makeover. The aircraft was VH-VNQ was first in Tigerair livery.

Conclusion

Tiger airways [TT] was airline of choice based on the cost, time. As TT is being a low-cost carrier, meal was charged, entertainment was non-existant. Being a short hop, didnt matter. Seat was comfortable and had enough space to put my bag under.

Overall was happy with service for what I had paid.
