Review of Garuda Indonesia flight from Surabaya to Denpasar in Economy

Hi guys. Welcome to my next report on Flight-Report. Today, I will fly with Garuda Indonesia from Surabaya to Denpasar on Boeing 737-800. Today's flight would start at Terminal 2, Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. 

Today, I would fly on flight GA342 to Denpasar, and the estimated departure time would be 10.55 am

Let's go inside the terminal.

Before going to the check-in area, I had to clear the first round of security check.

Check-in was done, and then I went upstairs for the second round of security check.

After about 10 minutes, I finally made it into airside. Now I headed to the departure gate of this flight.

Boarding

The way to the jetbridge of this flight's aircraft was quite far, and it took me few minutes to get there.

This was the aircraft for today's flight. A Boeing 737-800 with the registrastion of PK-GMN, and it was 9.7 years old.

This was my seat on this flight: seat 33A.

Legroom was extraordinary spacious and comfortable, and I could say this one of the best legrooms I have ever had.

Headphones were already provided in the seat pocket.

Candy was handed out before take-off, which was such a nice touch.

Safety video was screened before departed.

About 15 minutes after boarding, the aircraft  started to pushback and taxi to the runway.

5 minutes after take-off, snacks were served.

Here was a snack bag that I got. 

Inside the bag, I had: a garlic bread, a strawberry roll cake, a pack of mixied nuts, a bottle of water, and a refreshing towel.

In the seat pocket, I had: a sickness bad, a safety card, and an inflight magazine of Garuda Indonesia named Colours. 

Before landing, let's have a quick look at the inflight entertainment system on this aircraft. As I saw, there are a lot of choices and contents in this IFE system, and it was truly amazing that all the passengers can have access to the IFE system even though the flight was really short.

Unfortunately, the flight was too short to watch just a single movie :(

After about 20 minutes in the air, the aircraft started to descend and prepared for landing.
