More KL food porn.

For the return, it was another hour's bus ride from KL Sentral to KLIA2. KLIA2 is a massive terminal, and all arriving travellers by public transportation would have to go through Gateway@KLIA, which is basically a transport hub cum 'shopping mall' connected to the airport terminal. There were quite a few shops, eateries and even a supermarket.

FIDS. Majority were AirAsia flights.

Had a late lunch at a café.

Before proceeding to the terminal for check-in. It was very busy, much busier than KLIA if I remember.

3 counters were opened for the Tigerair flight with no queues.

Paper boarding pass. Was allocated the Emex row! Score!

A bit of a queue at immigration, but 2 security checks were done (before entering sterile area and before entrance to gates area) which was a bit of a hassle.
Luckily our flight would not be departing from faraway land today.

Tigerair
TR 2459
Kuala Lumpur (KUL) - Singapore (SIN)
A320
9V-TAR
Economy Class
Flight Time: 1H06M
Boarding gate filled up and boarding was called on schedule.
Malindo parked beside.

The tiger awaits.

Boarding. Flight was rather full.

Great legroom at Emex row.

Window view.

Seat pocket stuff.

Slight delay in pushback due to settling of some paperwork and we were soon on our way to Rwy33.

Taxi and takeoff from Rwy33.
Climbing out.

Climbing to our low cruising altitude of 25,000ft.

BOB service commenced and surprisingly, there were a number of sales done on this very short flight. Crew were generally friendly and efficient.

Cruising our way to Singapore.

And a short flight it was not as due to airspace congestion, we were made to fly in circles for another 30min, extending our flight time to more than an hour on the 188miles route. In fact, I think this was my longest ever flight on the SIN-KUL sector (not including Firefly's turboprop flights to Subang).

Landing on Rwy02L slightly behind schedule.
Taxi to gate.

Thanks for reading this short report!
