FULL REPORT HERE
This is a short continuation of my previous report on SQ's Next Generation Economy from HKG to SIN available here
The product was very solid - I fell asleep right after take-off. I have slept all the way through to breakfast time, which was served around 2.5 hours before landing…
For the first time in quite a few years, SQ decides not to recycle the menu from the previous years (I have flown this route every year in the same month, and I have had the same breakfasts then) This time round, we were offered Nasi Lemak - a Malaysian dish with fried fish, chicken, spicy egg cakes and coconut rice. This is my first time having this dish. More importantly, this was very well executed!

The 7,000-mile journey across half the planet

SQ stops at Terminal 2B, which is about 15 minutes walk away from Terminal 2A. I was out of immigration and baggage in around 45 minutes, which is decent, not excellent, though.
Thank you! We are taking the same flight on our way back home to Montréal in jan.2025.
