This review will cover my economy class experience with EVA AIR's first 787-10 to Taipei from Hong Kong.
Please note that this report is only a brief one, since I lost some photos that use to introduce the seat.

Once the seat belt sign is off, the flight attendants quickly provide the passengers with some beverages, take a look at that cup, its exclusively provided on Dreamliner.

Since it was only a 1.5 hour hop, so there were only pastry and snacks. There were 2 flavors, one is chocolate and the other one is berry for the pastry. To surprise me, EVA AIR produces homemade their snacks and juice, the crisp balls taste really good and you can even have a bulk purchase of their snacks during the flight.
One more thing to note, I very appreciate EVA to use reusable utensils even in the coach class. Let's give EVA a big hand for being environmentally friendly!!!

Conclusion

To conclude, I had an enjoyable flight with EVA AIR, despite their meal is just a small one, however I think its perfectly fit for just a 1.5 hour hop. All in all, the crew were all very friendly and willing to provide any beverages whenever you are thirst.
Last but not least, not forget to ask for a cup of coffee, it taste good! Better than Cathay's which cooperated with illy.
