Hello everyone,
Nice to see you again in this new FR, from the Canary Islands.
This little trip will be my very first post-Covid, after two years of Covid am to stay at home I decided to go on vacation outside France.
The flight is short but it is very comfortable and Pleasant !
For the flight to go:
It is a Luxair flight that I bought at 530 $. The plane will be a small B737-700.
For the return flight :
It is the same flight but in the opposite direction at the price of 410 $, in B737-700.

I leave my rental in the afternoon around 2:30 p.m., for a take-off scheduled for 5:20 p.m.

As the plane was not full, I asked to change places from seat 3A to seat 18A in the back to be able to take more photos quietly without disturbing my neighbours !

In conclusion,
Fueteventura Airport : Quick luggage drop-off with French-speaking staff is a very good point for the airport.
Jable Lounge : Modern lounge, with a futuristic design, choice of drinks and full snacks. Competent and very helpful staff.
Luxair : Pushback very late (35 minutes), no information during the wait, after takeoff the captain explain us that it came from the airport truck.
The service on board was excellent, very good full meal and with a very good choice of drinks.
We have got a plane equipped with new cabins (seats + screens).
Luxair crew : Very nice and helpful. Fly without turbulence and perfect descent and landing.
Luxembourg airport : Luggage come with a little delay, clean terminal.
After two years without traveling, I'm so happy to have finally been able to travel again! It was a pleasant and comfortable trip with very good service on board.

Thank you for sharing this FR on LG’s “long-haul” service.
The fare seems quite high for Y, an artifact of the premium LUX market?
Are there options provided for the entree? For “intra-European” Y, the offering is excellent and better than that provided by NT. The inclusion of fruit as the “dessert” is very Asian inspired^^
I take it LG has not installed any sort of power charging on its fleet? Overhead monitors only played the moving map? 4h is a long time with lack of IFE or charging.
LG offers a good Y product, thanks again for sharing with the English side.

I totally agree with you, it's not me who made the reservation of the ticket but my travel agency.
Like you I find that this price is quite expensive !
No choice was available for the entree, there was only this one, the fruit for the dessert was excellent and very well presented !
I think that with the covid a lot of services have changed to adapt to the crise.
Indeed LG has still not installed USB sockets on board its planes, I find that a bit of a shame for a 4 hour flight, it's long, especially without WI-FI on board and without any entertainment other than looking at a map that move !
On some planes at the moment they are installing WI-FI on board but unfortunately my plane this day was not equipped !

Very good overall product with a full hot meal, which is rare these days on intra-European flights.

Yes the meal was perfect, even with COVID which at the time was still present (April 2022) these services are still present at Luxair.
