Hi everyone. My name is Matias and this is my first fligh report. I m from Ushuaia, Argentina the most souther city in the world.
I did this flight to visit the Ferrari factory in Maranello city.
Ezeiza airport has 3 terminals (A, B and C).
A: For international flights
B: international flights (currently remodeling)
C: For regional flight. Its also the Aerolineas Argentinas Terminal.
However alitalia served from the terminal C. I don´t no why.
Some spotting in C Terminal:
Aerolinas Argentinas 340-300 whith the old livery. Destination MIA
Iberia A 340-600 (In he left a LAN 320 tail and in the right my plane.

Flight service began with drinks and snack
The treatment of the FA was efficient but not value added in the entire flight. There was no re filling and gave it the feeling that they wanted to finish their work fast.
Snacks
The IFE was very poor. most of the movies were only in Italian. Only had two premieres and a selection of 8 other movies
Lunch was pasta or meat. I chose meat.

This FR is not going to improve AZ's poor rating, with substandard catering, IFE and FAs. I wonder if flying AZ in economy is anybody's dream come true, but I can understand that visiting Ferrari's factory can be for some.
It's great to greet a new contributor to FR from down down south. Most French people have heard the name Ushuaia from a popular TV program, but few have ever been there, and reports from there with a local's perspective will be most welcome. Thanks for this FR and looking forward for more !

Quite average AZ experience, tight seat and so so catering.
You can improve your report with larger pics and an overall view of the cabin (taken while going to the loo for eg).

Thanks for sharing this first report here! AZ product in economy is not very convincing. What a contrast with their great Business product. Overall a good first report--I would add that larger pictures are welcome along with comments in the summary section to explain the rating you have given. Thanks again for sharing!

After reading your report, I am not going to rush on any Y AZ long-haul ticket !
The F.A. were loving their job, the catering is so poor an not yummy at all : a scandal for a 12+ hours flight.
No need to ask why AZ is close to bankrupcy !
