Approximately 15 minutes after the crew is released for the service, Appetizer is served. Salmon and Cucumber Salad
Followed shortly by a bread basket. They are so efficient and everything are so synchronized just like a ballet performance. The mushroom cheese bun is delicious
I have ordered the renowned Classic Lobster Thermidor for this flight and it looks great! Buttered asparagus is a bit too soft to my liking, but I love every other thing on the plate. I paired it with White Wine that I have completely forgotten the name.
Dessert is (indicated in the menu as) Pineapple and Coconut Mousse. But I think it is more like Coconut Panna Cotta. Again, delicious nonetheless
A washroom visit after meal service. It is again spotless, despite the fact that Business Class Cabin is completely full. A drawer well stocked with basic toiletries
And descending soon after the dish is cleared away
We docked at Gate D6, my luggage arrive before I show up at carousel. And that is the end of my wonderful vacation in an exotic Indonesian underwater world.

Conclusion
A very good flight, especially in comparison with the outgoing flight from Bangkok. Crew are professional, work in synchronous, pre-reserved food are nice. Looking forward to fly with them again
