We headed for immigration as happens with group of men travelling togather, We were asked to put out handbags in the x-ray machine before being asked to proceed for immigration. Immigration took 2 mins and headed inside the departure area.

Buy on Board service commenced on attaining cruising altitude. We got some drinks on this flight, Crew service was very good. I wanted to buy the A320 model as the model was not available on board, the crew gave me a Air Asia towel .

As flight approached Phuket, rain clouds began to appear. Announcement was made in three languages - English, Thai and Chinese before approach began

After reaching immigration, we got the visa on arrival. Queue was not long at the immigration.
We headed out through the green channel as we had nothing to declare.
Thai Air Asia provided good timing and service. Cabin crew were excellent, even though its a low cost airline, crew service was excellent in terms of customer service.
Food and drinks on board was reasonably priced.
Flight departed and arrived on time. Singapore Terminal 1 was upgraded and the changes can be seen in the picture.
Phuket Airport immigration was quick, customs was a walk through as there were not many flights.
Taxi to hotel had to be negotiated as we had the numbers, we got a reasonable price.
Overall a good experience with Air Asia.
