Review of Qantas flight from Singapore to Sydney in Economy

After we spent the night in Singapore, we had to start our way home and we took a taxi early in the morning for Changi Airport.
Check-in went smoothly and we were amongst the first to be at the counters, further more there are not that many passengers as most of them are inbound from London.
We got our boarding card and went to the gate for boarding.
Our Airbus 380-800 VH-OQF Charles Kingsford Smith was waiting, ready for departure and on its last flight home before either going back to Europe or starting a transpacific crossing to LAX.

We had seats by the emergency exit.

After take off I took my individual screen out and I surfed through the Qantas IFE system.

The meal was served shortly after, no menus but I had found a SYD-SIN-LHR menu in my seat pocket.

After clearing the trays the crew served ice cream for dessert.

After my first movie I went for a walk to the back end of the plane and had a drink and a snack.

Available at the bar were cookies and crackers, bananas and apples and an assortment of cold drinks.
Our A380-800 flying over it's home land, hidden under the clouds.

1h30 minutes to 2 hours before we arrived, a snack was served.

We'll soon be there…

A few more minutes and we'll be on australian ground.
