I couldn't take one of the inaugural flight of AF on their dreamliner, I wanted to take it once on their short hauls flights. These flights are cheap and can allow interesting options for transfer two possibilities : CDG-LHR : why not for my travel to London BA departs from ORY (very near of my home) ; less expensive thaan AF ; better timetables ; upgrade in businness expensive (+89 euros) CDG-LYS : why not for my travel to Prague perfect timing for a transfer with Hop! to PRG ; TO's flight without interest from ORY; upgrade in business (+10 euros)
Since the check-in is opened on AF website, I bought a "siege plus" for 10 euros in business I arrive at CDG 2h before the flight the famous FIDS of 2F :

I didn't know this option from AF, but I find it is very interesting :
After the security checks, the fast I've got this year: I started to spot ; only AF at the exception of a only AZ :
I can see the terminal 2D : AS the 2F, the spotting is homogene, only Easyjet:
I started to search the door F21, I didn't find it in the first But, i found it.
AF app gives good and interesting information about the flight's boarding ; very useful:

Here is my first dreamliner : the F-HRBA I'm very happy it is this one because it is the one that made the inaugural flights :

Before the take-off, I tried the others cabins : economy : The seat is very confortable The pitch is bad But the recline is excellent
The IFE reacts very well and electrical outplug is very good :
Yhe pitch is excellent and the seat is verygood The screen is good and very big :

I come back in business and tried the seat : This cabin is very good despite the pitch (I prefered the one in premium) :

I started the IFE The sreen is big but the resolution isn't good (at the exception of the safety-video and the geovision) I didn't like the film and series purposed by the IFE I would get annoyed on a 8h hours flight)
However, the IFE is very efficient and can be adjust

The IFE allows a lot of things (like calling an flight attendant during watching a video
a very good point for the safety video which is adapted for the dreamliner (exit panel is similar to the ones the dreamliner got) :
The plane is very well represented on thegeovision :
We take off, view on the 2A-C and the camembert (terminal 1): with a lot of airplanes and airlines (I woon't quote all of them, but we can see the A380 of A6) :
We were a lot in turbulences area : The AF's catering on this flight is vey bad :
I took a lot of pictures of the geovision during the flight :
During the fllight, I tried the seat in full flat position/ Noot a vey comfortable for a 1m85 person, it is too short for a 1m90 person.
We approch under very big turbulences near to Lyon
View on the 36R :
We landed smoothly and then we stopped on a taxiway for 25min
The crew was very nice and I spoke during all the flight with a flight attendant
I tried the last options of the plane I didn't tried already :

I leave very fastly the plane because my boarding for PRG is starting only 35min after.

To exceptionnal flights, exceptionnal marks But, this dreamliner isn't adapted for a long-haul flight.
CDG has improved a lot and it is the best airport I visited this year LYS seems to be a very confortable airport
