Final leg of this 4-part journey on Garuda. Our flight was changed to GA822 from GA846 so as to give sufficient time to transfer between flights.

Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. The departure halls are extremely warm compared to the arrival halls. I'm not sure that the people in-charge of the terminal are going to do anything about it. Maybe if they read this report, they will average out the temperatures.
Boarding pass for this flight, issued in Haneda.
Our flight was originally scheduled for Gate 5.
What I assumed we were going to fly on.
Where did our flight go?! Turned out we were being delayed to 19:30 and being moved to Gate 10. Then, at 19:30, nothing happened and the flight was removed from the screen. Many passengers who were queuing were suddenly very confused and tried to get information from the ground crew but to not much avail. We finally managed to get some information and apparently the further delays were due to an aircrew not being there and the pilot did not want to take-off.
At 20;05, boarding finally began and everyone was annoyed to say the least. The problems were compounded by the fact that even though we were at Gate 10, the plane was parked at Gate 13, so we had to walk a distance to board.
Finally onboard the plane. The B738 was configured in a 3-3 pattern and it's nice to see that Garuda keeps the cabin constant throughout it's fleet.
As per short flights recently, I find it easier to visit the lavatory before the flight. Neat toilet with simple amenities.
Seat back materials. Safety Card, Stars Magazine, Colours Magazine and Arcade Magazine
The last of the passengers boarding.
Air-con vents.
Huge winglet of the B738.
IFE system and Safety Video. Similar to the first flight, the shorter sectors have a smaller pool of entertainment options. I would say roughly half.
A meal of stewed beef, stir fried vegetables and plain rice was served. It was accompanied by a cucumber salad, bun and cereal bar. This was the worst meal on all of GA's flight so far. The meat was overcook and hard. The vegetables were mostly tasteless as well.
Finally, landed at Changi almost 3 hours late. Not at an aerobridge as well but this is okay as I get my cover shot.
Thanks for sharing this FR with us! The whole gate swapping incident seems unrelated to a missing crew member, seems like something else might have been going on as well. The GA cabins look good visually and without sacrificing any seat pitch. I believe you on the catering, it looks like a very poor main visually, small amounts of shriveled up meat and veggies next to a big block of rice. Surprising they served this from their hub.
