Welcome to the very last part of the trip, certainly not the sexiest part but I want this series to be complete as much as possible.

I had a 4H layover and will spend a bit of time first in the Non Schengen Lounge which is far better.

And go straight to the same spot I liked so much outbound:

The lounge is pretty empty:

The offer is more or less the same as two weeks before:

A good hour before my flight I head through security to the Schengen lounge

Far more people here

The hot meals look as out from a super cheap canteen:

The salad bar is better:

Let's have a Campari:

I wanted to give the hot meal a try (or a chance ^^). It was marengo veal.

It was just awful. My mother also does this dish and it was two different kind of worlds.

the flight

Boarding started at 19:55 and was by bus:

The driver's screen shows the aircraft registration: PH-EXM, an E-75. I really dislike this bird, the seats are rock hard and really not that comfortable.

A big brother next door:

Push back on time, long taxi and take off. As catering there is a wrap and a glass of apple juice:

It was a cream cheese wrap that was good.

Back home after a short 50" flight:

That's all for this series, thank you very much for having followed it!!

Conclusion

I really hate this airplane because of its seats but apart from this, the flight was really ok.

Nothing much to say about the airport, AMS still has its cleaning issues.

The food at the business lounge was simply disgusting, how can KL offer that, that will stay a big question for me.

Again, thanks for reading and a new series, but this time to Central America is coming soon :)
